1. Booking

By submitting a booking through ListingMediaHub you confirm that the information provided about the property, access, and timing is accurate. The photographer relies on this information to plan the shoot.

2. Cancellation

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may incur a rescheduling fee. Deposits are refunded according to the company policy of the assigned photographer.

3. Media usage

Delivered media is licensed for the realtor's marketing of the listed property. Resale or sublicensing requires a separate written agreement with the photographer.

4. Liability

ListingMediaHub is a coordination platform. It is not liable for damages incurred during the shoot beyond the amount paid for the relevant booking.
