1. What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email, phone number, and role (realtor, photographer, editor, admin). When you book a shoot we collect the property address, shoot timing, and any intake questionnaire answers you provide.

2. Media files

Photos, videos, floor plans, virtual staging, and 3D tour content uploaded to ListingMediaHub are stored on Supabase Storage. Files are only accessible to the realtor who ordered the shoot, the assigned photographer/editor, and platform administrators.

3. Payments

Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We retain a payment record showing amount, status, and a Stripe reference id for accounting purposes.

4. Location data

Photographer profiles include the service-area coordinates the user chooses to publish. Property addresses are stored to match jobs to photographers and to compute travel distance for compensation.

5. Sharing

We do not sell user data. We share data with service providers strictly to operate the platform (Supabase for hosting + database, Stripe for payments, mapping providers for distance calculation).

6. Retention & deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. To request account deletion or data export, contact the platform admin via the support email shown on your dashboard.
